UCLPv2 (User Controlled Light Path) is a next generation provisioning and configuration management system based on a Service Oriented Architecture. The system allows users to obtain network resources from multiple domains and combine these resources forming private networks.  The system has unique ability to acquire lightpaths, interfaces, and tunnels from a variety of suppliers, and offer value added services to end customers.

UCLPv2 is free to download, easy use and allows you create your own Articulated Private Networks.
