Solana Networks Offers Tutorial at CNSR Conference on Troubleshooting of Next generation IP Networks

May 2, 2011

Solana Networks CTO Bis Nandy and President Nabil Seddigh will be giving a tutorial at the 9th annual CNSR (Communication Networks and Services Research) Conference to be held at Carleton University, Ottawa from 2-5 May, 2011. The CNSR conference is an international forum for researchers in all fields of information and communication technologies to present and attend high quality technical papers and presentations, and join in discussions with colleagues from over 40 countries.

Solana’s tutorial is entitled “New Frontiers in Monitoring and Troubleshooting of next generation IP networks” and will focus on a variety of topics including obtaining visibility into the IP cloud, the ability to monitor large networks in real-time, obtaining end-to-end service views in an IP network, conducting end-to-end root-cause analysis for application behaviour issues on a network, and finally, network state estimation with minimal sampled data.
