DRDC Awards Contract on Security Issues in 4G Wireless Networks

Solana Networks announces that it has been selected by Defence R&D Canada to provide research services into cyber security issues for 4G wireless networks. Working in conjunction with Elytra, Solana Networks will conduct an in-depth study into the standards, architecture and protocols for 4G wireless networks such as LTE and WiMAX. The work will also study and analyze cyber security issues for 4G wireless networks, providing recommendations for areas that require attention and solutions to ensure effective cyber defensive posture for the Government of Canada.
